The velcro on my sport loop band is louder on my S4... Am I the only one!?!?

When removing the Apple Watch Series 2 with the sport loop band, the Decibels on my watch with a sport loop band's velcro, was 15 dB. With the S4, it's coming in at a whopping 20 dB!!! That's greater than a 33% increase!! What was Apple thinking!! Has anyone seen this reported to be fixed with the Series 5, or is this a software fix... maybe Watch OS5.1?
