Perhaps more notably, Verizon's plans include hotspot service across the board at no additional cost — the new iPad supports tethering, so this is something that'll definitely come into play for many users. AT&T has not announced a tethering policy specific to tablet plans...

Also, the 1GB option is great if you are planning on turning it on for a quick trip somewhere. $20 is a drop in the bucket compared to what some hotels will charge you for daily access in the room.
