The Verizon iPhone Challenge!!

Long story, but I I have a busted digitizer on my iphone 4s on Verizon. I have found a new verizon iphone 4s, however being a CDMA network in America, swapping the sim cards is useless.

So I ask for help figuring out how to be minimally invasive (if there's a way other than the one I know of which would be to take the good screen and put it on the phone with the bad one).

So which parts, if any, are the essentials for getting onto my VZ account without having to do what I described above? Is the logic board critical? Is the motor pivotal?

I have no idea, which is why I'm asking the masses.'

Get a new screen from icracked.com and replace your old one then sell it if you got a new one.

If you found a new Verizon 4S why don't you just call up Verizon and have them switch the new phone over to your line. It really is that simple.
