The wait is killing me

I just ordered a new iPad late on the 27th, and I sold my iPad 2. It says 1-2 weeks to ship, but the wait is killing me. I hope it shipped early, I heard that they were.
Sorry for the rant, I just didn't think I would miss not having my iPad as much as I do.
 
Why did you order from the site when you can literally walk into any retail location and take one home with you? especially if you're in philly, I'm pretty sure you could get one at the radio shack in 30th street station
 
I called around a couple of stores and they didn't have the version I wanted so I just ordered it from the site.
 
I would call around a few more unless you're trying to find one made of gold with diamonds on it, im pretty sure you can find one, thats if you dont want to wait, otherwise the anticipation will pay off when it does arrive!

I ordered mine on Apple Store on the 27, "ship in 1-2 weeks".
Well.. It's scheduled to arrive tomorrow!
 
The shop I ordered mine from said they won't be getting another shipment until the end of march. So maybe yours'll be on the same boat :3
 
I'm debating whether to order it from Apple or try and wait and get it from a store. There are literally 5 or so stores around me that carry it and they are sold out of the 32gb wifi models and have been since the release.

I don't want to wait 1-2 weeks but it seems ill be waiting that either way so I might just breakdown and buy it from Apple.

I pre-ordered an iPad at my Bestbuy on Sunday. And for the past 3 days I have been slowly and painfully dying of the wait. Luckily I got hte email yesterday, picked it up today, and I'm all better :)

weird, lolz.

This is why i buy in-store.... I purchased it online, but before it shipped, I noticed it was 1 - 2 week shipping delay, I canceled the order,and next day bought it at local Apple store 40 mins from me...

Well worth it.

You're telling me. I had to return my ipad 3 for an exchange via shipping. Since BH website is taking April6-15th off for passover, I won't receive it until end of April!

But it is worth it. It had a nick.
 
Imagine how I feel, I ordered it on March 14th, and it is still shipping as of March 29th, don't expect it to come even a minute early.

If he was concerned or upset about waiting, why not walk into one of the many stores that have it in stock???

It's odd because almost all stores have them in stock....
