No it isn't for the store in general. you have to specifically navigate to the iphone page and click this link. If you refresh after that it goes to the store but if you click the link again it goes back to the we'll be back soon. Odd

I went to the page you are showing, clicked the link, and got the 3G, 3GS page.

I've gotta get up at 6am EDT, but woke up to use the head. Out of curiosity went to apple.com and saw the store but then the "we'll be back soon" page for ordering (see post #1), so will fall back to slumber...

Will try when I get to work at 8, if not just before 6am. Back to sleep for me!

Was going to pre-order white, but am gonna get black 32GB. If I can get 2, will pre-order 1 of each (am elgible for both numbers in my account). Can't wait for the 24th!
