Theater mode- a way to auto enable?

I've been using the AWatch4 to monitor my heart while sleeping. I noticed in DND mode, for 7-8 hours of sleep, My battery would drop from 100% to 90%. But in theater mode, it would be down to ~95%. I guess my hand moves a lot and the screen turns on.

Is there a way to enable theater mode between set hours? Like from 10pm-6am?

No, I tried in Siri shortcuts and no go.

It would be a great addition, I do it every night to avoid waking my wife.
