Theme Background Wont Work

I recently changed the theme to my ipod.
I applied the theme to the device and everything changed except for the background behind the icons.
I tried a whole bunch of things but I couldnt fix it.
Please help me!

If you are using SUMMERBOARD to change themes, then make sure THEME BACKGROUND is switched ON and also in a File System browser make sure that the theme wallpaper is called Wallpaper.png and not anything else
