Theme & Lockscreen question

I am fairly new to the whole theme part of jailbreaking. When I did it before it was simply to just add a few tweaks. I have two questions for anyone willing to answer.1) After installing a theme and activating it, what if you have one or two icons that haven't changed with that theme. I seem to be having an issue getting my mail and music to change to what the theme is, when I know the theme has set characterizations for those icons. 2) Is there anyway to override a themes lockscreen? Basically I installed Elite Pro HD and I was wondering if there is a way I can change my lockscreen to what my homescreen is? In Winterboard I have the user lock screen selection checked but it doesn't seem to be for that purpose. Anything at all really helps me out. Thanks!
