Themes are not working properly

So I have the 2g phone unlocked and jailbroken using pwnage tool. Some of my themes like illumine and ielegance aren't working am I missing something or do I need to get something to make them work. Some one said I might need to rejailbrake it using blackrain but i really don't want to do that cause I have alot of apps. Any suggestions?

1) You need to tell us how they arent working. Not showing? Not all icons are showing?
2) So you have a lot of apps, if re JBing will help its your only option.

Did you install Winterboard ?

Oh ya sorry well I do have winterboard and when I select them in there the background comes up in springboard just my icons won't change.

One thing you can try is delete your icon cache folders and respring. If you do this with iFile when you hit the home button and if you scroll all your icons will disappear. Just respring.

FYI. I have some icons which wont allow the icon overlays to affect them.

ya that didn't work I am just going to rejailbreak it seems like it might be the easiest way

themes dont have new icons for every icon.... that could be your problem.
