Themes Cause Most Apps To Crash.

I have an iPhone iOS 4.2.6
Whenever I install and use a new theme, it causes almost all my apps to crash except for Cydia.
I just got timeless hd and it did this.
I can't change the theme in winterboard unless it goes in Safe mode because it only works on safe mode.

But all my apps work without a theme equipped.
Any suggestions?

if your using bitesms, delete it for now. it's known to cause a conflict with the jbme.com method.
