Themes for Safari 8.0?

Im quitting Firefox and making Safari my default browser on my iMac.
I would like to download a theme for my browser, can anyone tell me how to do this?
 
I don't think this is easily done and will be impossible starting with El Capiton due to Apple's rootless provisions.
