Themes that you don't have to deal with finding icons for?

Suave HD is one that I know.

Glasklart is beautiful but its a hassle to find themed icons for each of your apps if they are not all on there.

What themes have a default that can work on all icons, no matter what?

I think Silex icons do a real good job with the auto skinning. But a lot of the themes are pretty good.

inPulse and Metius by Surenix are pretty complete themes, and they auto-skin every app. Obsidian is another one I have tried..
