Generally - themes that work now in ios6 – will they work in ios 7 (once jail broken)? I hate the look of 7 so much that I’m hoping to JB for the themes alone.

It depends on how drastically the file structure and naming convention changes in iOS7. I haven't looked into it since I don't theme but you could start there and get a good idea of how the transition will be. My guess is that some themes (the more popular ones) will be updated while others will fall into the Cydia abyss with the thousands of other old and bad themes that never get updated beyond the initial release.

It all depends on what themes you currently use. If you want an iOS6 theme, well I would expect someone will create one for users just like you since iOS 7 is such a drastic change.

It'll be interesting to see if someone comes up with an iOS6 theme for iOS7.

I've been looking for quite awhile for an iOS1 theme (the original iPhone 2G) and have yet to come across one so perhaps once iOS7 is out theme developers will look forward instead of back for inspiration.
