Do you think in iOS 5 we will see just a few basic themes to "dress" up the UI? I dont mean go all the way like the jail break, but perhaps a "dark" theme, a light theme and what have you. Nothing major to be honest just color choices really.

I see your topic title. There are very few themes available for os x and none yet for ios. It would seem like it will stay that way.
