With the iPad closing in on being a year old, and the refresh that comes with it, I had an interesting theme Apple could use to their announcement.

On the invite they could say 'Something old, something new'

The new refers to the new iPad, the old, an updated iPod classic, being one of the most 'Retro' devices in their catalogue. With the supply lines drying up the Classic is either dead of getting updated, I think it's an update.

Just a guess.
 
that'd be good but they'd probably not say 'old' because that's not very apple, they'd say like 'classic' which in this case would work with the ipod classic:) good idea
