Syunukiya, don't worry about it. Unless it's really bothering you, it'll be fine. It happens all the time.
Could be as simple as a little scratch. Did you try scratching it off with your fingernail? Recalcitrant little things like that I do not like much. They bother the crap outta me, but if it doesn't bother you...I'd say to heck with it.

Worry seems to be a heavy word. No need to worry/panic about a spec of dust. But if it 'bothers' you (to say the least), get it replaced whenever you can.

it seems to be common once after i've googled it. i'm not really sure it really tiny but should i expect a perfect screen?
problem is there might not be stocks since mini as it's in demand and i have an otter box case so sometimes it has dusts.
but really sometimes it bothers me why it has that.
