There is Bug reporter app in iOS 10?

Hi, I want to report about some bugs that i founded in iOS 10.
I remember that in iOS 8 there was an app that called "Bug Reporter" but now I can't find that app in the new beta. Will Apple release an app like this for iOS 10?

The bug reporter app is only available on the public betas.

Developers can report bugs at bugreport.apple.com

Public beta probably won't be out until early-mid July if I had to guess.

If you mean beta 2, I'd guess in about 2 weeks from now.
