"There is no connected camera"

I get this message when opening photo booth.

When I try to make videos on facebook it says a camera cannot be found... etc

I just got this MBP a few months ago so ... Idk what's wrong? How do I fix it?

If a PRAM reset doesn't fix it, then you can fix it by taking it in to Apple.

Thanks... tried to rest the PRAM amongst other things... and then called up. The guy told me I needed to make an appointment with apple because it wasn't responding to the PRAM reset.

Took it in and they're telling me I have to replace the entire top display and logic board ...

Nothing like an $850 repair to get your built in camera to work...
