Hi

I am over 65. There is no option to either turn off or turn on fall detection under Emergency SOS. Is this age related? Am I looking in the wrong place?

Thanks

What comes up for you in emergency SOS?

Should be at the bottom

I need someone to respond who is over 65. If you are over 65, is the fall detection option not there?

Funny I see it on the watch but not on the watch app on the iPhone. Any idea why?

post a screen shot. Also do you have all your personal info entered correctly?

I see it on the Apple Watch, but not on the watch app on the iPhone. The last thing on the watch app on the iPhone is “hold side button”.

My personal information is correct!

Problem resolved with a senior advisor. Nothing seemed to solve the problem until be unpaired the watch and set it up as new

I don’t want to disable it. I just wanted to check that it was enabled via the watch app on the iPhone. Fall detection was why I purchased the watch.
