as you can see in attachments, when i try to download COH it gives me that error. Even though, as you can also see in attachments, i have plenty of space. whats the deal??

I've tried quitting the MAS and restarting/shutting down my MBP, to no avail.

Are you running Time Machine? If so, there is some hidden space used by local snapshots that ay be taking up space that is not shown by Finder. Try turning Time Machine off then back on to zero out that space then try again.

If that does not work, do a command-r boot to recovery then run a repair disk on your drive and see what that reports. Also make sure you have emptied your trash.

thats very odd, but yes turning off time machine worked!! thanks! i didn't think of it cause i didn't even have the external HD i use for time machine plugged in, but i guess just it being on was the reason! thanks a lot! appreciate it!
