We are having this issue with Open XML converter on laptops with Office for Mac 2004, when they receive emails from users with Office 2011.
I've tried updating Open XML converter, installing updates to Office, uninstalling and reinstalling, and none of it has worked.
It's not feasible for us to upgrade everyone's copy of Office. Is there an alternative program that will do the same thing?
