General There isn't by chance a tweak to get Siri to read out selected text?

Might be crazy but having an addon for Chrome that can makes me wonder if there is one?
Same goes for the Grammarly addon now that I think of it lol. Those seem like obvious gold mines for a Cydia dev.

You should be able to do it even with just the standard (non-jailbroken) iOS settings: Settings > General > Accessibility > Speak Selection
