There's a yellow question mark on Documents folder

Hi guys, I just notice today that there's a question mark on the bottom left corner of the Documents folder icon. I found this when I opened iTunes to import some music folders on a remote disc at home.

I can see the question mark when I try to open a file through MS Word or PPT.

BUT, when I open Finder, I can't see the question mark on the Doc folder's icon.

What's wrong? :confused:
