There's an Ad on my Download log?

There is all of the sudden an Ad for the English Language Institute (no clue, I assure you!) on the download log window.

I'll show you all a pic.
Let me know what I can do about this and what you might think it is?

Its my understanding that Macs cant get adware, is that correct? From reading around.
I claim to be no mac genius, i just know that they're significantly less problem prone than PCs and i like the OS better!
So, I'm not too knowledgable about any of this.

It doesn't seem like a Mac problem, but a FireFox one. Make sure you trust all the extensions you installed on FireFox. Also try surfing with the default theme. Maybe it's how the third-party theme styled the download box.

I checked out the theme... you were totally right!
Its how they styled the box! Gah! Sometimes, I'm such a bonehead!
