I've never had an iPhone before so I just want to confirm. If I'm on Safari and I want to find an instance of "cookie", there's no option to do it other than speed reading, right? It would be nice if they could implement that.
 
You can do it!

You have to use Javascript "Bookmarklets."

It's basically some code that you save as a bookmark. When you select that bookmark it runs the code. One of them is "find in this page," exactly what you need. See here:

They work great. Just bookmark them and use them whenever you need one.

Or try anyone browser like AtomicBrowser or iCab, both of which are better. "Open page in background tab" is key.
