If I want to know what the weather is where I am well, I know, because I am there. If I want to know the temperature to the nearest 0.1 deg C then I will need a decent thermometer, because no data on the Internet can tell me the temperature of where I am to a precision of 0.1 deg C. Sorry, but this does not look a useful App to me.
