Anybody else found Safari locks up when posting to these forums via an iPad Air running iOS 8?

Never happened to me with iOS 7 but now it is almost impossible to use my iPad to reply here.

Yup. Happened here. Safari on Air is terrible experience. Go back to iOS 7.1.2 till the downgrade window is open. This time the downgrade window is open for so long tells us that even Apple is aware of all the iOS 8 public version issues.

I will wait for 8.0.1 or 8.0.2 to see how the newer update is working and then upgrade my iPad.

I am using iPad air too. However I am not facing any locking issues. May be you could tell a series of steps I could try to replicate the issue.

Try pasting something, that menu thing will dissapear in one second.

I’ve given up posted here using my iPad.

I’m finding any text input area containing a WYSIWYG editor locks my iPad Air up.
