I think these rumors are getting a little out of hand.

Honestly...

One day iPad six is coming out, then it's not. Iphone 5, then only iPhone 4s, like c'mon guys.

Quality over quantity wins every time.

Then iPhone 5 lost in a bar, and iPhone 5 cases now appearing even though we haven't heard anything more from that story...

It almost seems these are just being made up.

The truth is, no one knows except for the very select few.

Not retail employees, not corporate employees, and not case manufacturers.

This site should be known for having quality rumors, and not junk being made up.

Do you think apple is so successful because they sell junk products?

Heck no.

Quality over quantity.

just sayin'...

Even sometimes it might sound like you mention, today's edition shows only one rumor that actually is not that bad (Otterbox).
I still have MacRumors as my main source.
Other sites that I trust are Hardmac.com and TUAW, AllThingD.com (even sometimes gets boring).

MacRumors doesn't make the rumors, they just report them.

For every user like you who dislikes the conflicting rumors, there are ten others that want to know every single rumor that's floating around. I'm sure it's difficult for the MacRumors staff to find a balance.

And you shall hear of wars phones and rumors of wars phones: see that you be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
- Matthew 24:6

The amount of Apple related rumors has gone up like a rocket in the past few years. Popularity means more rumors, which means more bad quality rumors as well.

How do rumors have quality? Rumors are inferences or made up guesses, you can't really give rumors "quality".
