Should be delivered earlier today. But ups never came or left a massage. I called them but turned out that they have no idea where my package is and when it will come. It might be somewhere in the warehouse in UK......Does this happen to anyone else?

Ouch! I'm sure you'll get it soon, but I'd be bouncing off the walls right now if I were you.

It could be worse: delivered, but not to you :p
Love those times when your package says delivered, you come home and it's not there.

I don't know about the UK, but in the US you have to physically sign before they can give it away. So they should have a copy of "your signature" and if they don't have one, then you can use that as proof that you never received it and the fault is on their end.

But like I said UK postal may be different.

It says delivery by END OF DAY, not any time of the day, so IDK why you were waiting for it so early unless you have late classes. At least in the US, end of day can be around 4-9PM.

GL hope you get it today.

Because it is now Tuesday and his tracking says End of Day Monday.

It's 1AM right now in the UK and assume the OP lives in the UK.

So...did it arrive?

In the US, you also see that it is "out for delivery" meaning it is loaded on the truck, vs. "arrival scan" which means it is just sitting in the airport.

Being my age, it is amazing to me that you can track something, up to the minute, from a factory in China, to your doorstep.

I took a huge gamble when I ordered my MBP. Though, I was used to UPS and their expedient deliveries. I'm sorry your expected package is late.
