They're never going to fix it

Excuse my cynicism, and I love Apple and all, but they're never going to "fix" the ordering system. And if it's ATT's end that's effing up, they're not going to fix it either. I actually thought and hoped that this time they'd have it sorted, but no, looks to be another kerfuffle. But hey - it'll be on the news for the next few days how demand for the new iphone "Broke Apple's website!!! So much demand the site went down!! Many can't even order this AMAZING PHONE!". And ect. Free publicity for Apple.

I just don't believe they couldn't fix it, if they really wanted to. This is all about hype for the phone.

Oh, absolutely, this is great for hype.

I think Sprint was just way out of their league on this one, though. That site went down at midnight (Pacific Time) and I still can't load it. Bodes well for Sprint, unless everyone decided to just go with Verizon instead since they had zero problems.
