Tom's always has such terrible writers covering anything Mac-related: they always come across as either PC fanboys or as seemingly completely uneducated users that seem to enjoy their Macs a little *too* much. If you want balanced perpspective on Macs from a PC enthusiast site, you have to go to Anandtech.com. Anand's reviews and thoughts on Macs and OS X are well-written and, unlike most Tom's Mac articles, you can actually find information there that you can't find on Apple's site.
