need to find a thin affordable case for iPhone X . What are the best options

I went with the Ringke Air, it's an all TPU case, very thin, but still provides decent drop protection, has "screen down" protection with a very small lip, same kind of lip on the rear camera cutout. There's a couple of options on this style, all from manufacturers that typically have solid products.

Amazon US:

Ringke Air, $9.99 clear, $8.99 smoke black

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07547VF7B/ref=twister_B075KRYW93?_encoding=UTF8&th=1

I also had these in my cart, they were the options I was cross shopping (my choice on the Ringke was almost a coin toss):

Spigen Liquid Crystal, $10.99

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074CN96GL/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_6?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A2SFKRF5TPZMT5

JETech, only $6.99

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075MX2FKY/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A1RI0YHZ8J2HZU

Photos of the Ringke on my X (shows off the silver model really nicely):

Oh yeah, the Ringke also has this "microtexture" on the inside of the rear to avoid it clinging and creating a "wet" effect (this happened with my wife's jet black 7 on a case without it).

Check out slickdeals they usually have promo codes for Luvvitt cases. Got a basic black TPU for mine for $4. Although I am waiting on my apple official silicone case to come in.

Does the bottom lip of the case restrict any gestures?

Does the bottom lip of the case restrict any gestures?

Good question, I haven't had any issues, but I get the concern since you kind of start at the very bottom of the phone and the case has a small, protruding lip. It seems like there's a decent amount of tolerance where you start at the bottom, so kind of place my thumb where the case is in the middle and start the upward open move, or rest it at the bottom of the display (so the lip is "under" my thumb of that makes sense) to do the app switch.

In fact, I kind of like that it gives me a little physical indicator of the very bottom of the phone.

Hope that helps!
