macOS thin line of nssplitview

Does the horizontal line (NSBox) have the same color and thickness as the thin split view divider (NSSplitView or NSSplitViewController)? Colours aren't exactly my thing :(

I have two views that should be separated by the same line as the nssplitview divider or NSSplitViewController divider. The bottom view is not resizable so the resize mouse cursor should not be shown.
