So the other day my phone fell into our pool as I tripped while walking. I immediately shut my phone off and left it out to dry til the next day. It was only in for a matter of seconds in the shallow end. I didn't see any issues the next day after powering it up. However, the day after I see a thin red line down one part of the screen.

I can lay the phone flat and sometimes the line flickers out and disappears as well as doing the same thing coming back occasionally.

I have restarted the phone, shut it completely off and back on. No luck. Any thoughts on how to fix?

Sounds like either water or the drop damaged the display. As time goes by you may see other issues develop as water damage usually causes corrosion on components.. If you take it to Apple I’m sure phone replacement “out of warranty”cost will be the only option. If you take it to a 3rd party for repair they may be able to disassemble the phone and try to repair or limit further damage.
