I am in the US now and I have the opportunity to return my MBP if it has any issue for 14 days but I will leave the US after that so I may not able to replice it.

Due all these issues I see in this forum, How do I check if I have them or no ?

Are these issue a Hardware or Software problem ?

Also, Can anyone recommend me a good laptop bag for the 15'' MBP ? I want a small and simple one that the MBP can fit perfectly and have at most 2 buckets outside and one on the inside.

Thanks.

Check you don't have issue I did.. charge up to 100%, leave plugged in, put to sleep, see if it starts randomly chiming. It's unclear yet if this is a T2 firmware fixable issue or not, though have seen reports latest mojave /might/ fix it, but otherwise currently machine replacement is only known sure fix.

I check some things on all computers/laptops/electronics.

Light Bleed
Finish imperfections
Keyboard backlight evenness
Dead pixels
Loose or odd feeling keys on keyboard
Temps
Run a quick benchmark to ensure all scores are similar to reviews.

2018 Mac specific checks would be:

Crackling speakers
Loose Touch ID button
Kernel panics waking from sleep

1. Turn on the machine (i.e., open the lid)
2. Do you see an Apple symbol as the machine boots?
3. Do you see a Mac desktop?

There is nothing more to "check".

True. Out of their millions of products, Apple has never manufactured a single defective one.

Oddly enough the other day I had mine plugged in and thought I heard the exact same thing. . . .unplugged the UltraFine, and still heard it. . . unplugged the charger and still heard it. I was thinking "what the hell, is this even possible?" and then I happened to turn around and saw the light flashing on my Mophie wireless charger for my iPhone X.... the phone wasn't centered so it was starting / stopping in a loop.

I am not sure I would buy an Apple product if the country I lived in could not service/replace if needed.

I didn't say that exactly, It's just I want to buy it here in US because it's cheaper, The Warranty may work when I return to my country if I take it to apple authorize reseller though I didn't check that.

I would check that before you buy. Make sure AppleCare works in your country. You can do a lot of testing before you leave, but sometimes you don't notice things until you get into your routine. That can take a few days at least.
