Am buying iphone 4 tomorrow from a guy whom i know from ebay...he talks good, and sounds helpful, says that the phone is

brought from SINGAPORE IN NOVEMBER, FACTORY UNLOCKED, NEVER CHARGED.
I was googling, as to what things I could check before buying the phone, like

checking the S/N
checking the headphone
checking the screen
call from another Sim and check

Can you guys please give what more checks I need to make before buying..to check whether it is factory unlocked or not, how many hours it has been used or something like that?

NEVER CHARGED?
What does that mean?
He will give it to you with the battery empty so you cant check nothing on it?
Make sure it turns on and if you see a cydia icon or if you can tell its JB it might not be factory unlocked.
