Hello all-
This is my first post here. I have been a fan of Apple/Mac products for quite some time (first one I worked on was a SE/30). I bought some "Think Different" posters over 15 years ago - I just loved the campaign and thought the posters were so cool! My plan was to get them framed and hang them in my office eventually, but that never happened.
Now, fast forward several years, we are moving to a new house and I found them still in the tube (they are not for sale, ha!) while packing up at the old house. I'd like to move forward with my original plan. I wonder if any of you have had these posters framed before and how you suggest doing it (frames, should they be mounted to foamcore or something inside frame to prevent wrinkling, etc). I know it won't be cheap, but I also don't want to spend a fortune.
I did some searching on eBay and saw some of these posters are selling for over $300! Well, I don't know about "selling," but that's the asking price. Could this be true? Have those things gone up in value that much?!? Wow!
Mine are all 24" x 36". I have Ansel Adams, Gandhi, Edison, Picasso, Henson/Kermit, Hitchcock, Miles Davis, and Amelia Earhart.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
