I jailbroke my iPod two weeks ago and it was working fine until 2 days ago.
Two days ago, I tried adding apps as normal through Installer.
I installed a couple of apps and they all seemed to download/install correctly.

I went back to the home screen but the icons for the apps didn't appear.
Some apps I installed later appeared after a couple unlock/lock procedures and a restart.
I then tried adding some Summerboard Themes as normal. These download/installed correctly (or at least what looked correct)
I then tried to change my theme to one of the new ones. None of the themes would display when the summerboard refreshed and my iPod displayed the default theme when I selected one of the new ones.

All the old themes I had worked correctly even though the new ones wouldn't.

I'm guessing I broke something or made a mistake.
Anyone got any idea on what to do or how to try to fix it?
(I would rather not have to restore and re-jailbreak, would have to re-synch music/video from multiple computers in multiple locations)

Well, the only solution I can think of is if you do restore it. Otherwise I don't have a clue about how you would do it.

LAMO brokenfied? at least you didnt "brick" it

Try cycling power (turn it off, and back on)

Tried that, no luck.

I've had a thought, maybe the partition that holds the apps is full?
I might have to move the Applications folder to the Media partition and then create a link, don't I?

How would I do that?
I tried BossTool to do this but it failed to work.

If that didn't work, restore.

hmm,ok.

Anyone got a direct download link for the 1.1.3 (32GB) firmware?

iTunes only gives me the option to restore to 1.1.4.

There is a Smb Themes Fix under Tweaks (1.1.3) inside installer program which will fix up theme not showing up after installing from installer. But everytime you add a theme, you need to uninstall and install back the fix to make new theme works.

yep, found it the last day :)

Its also in the new version of bossprefs.

The problem I was having with the apps not installing was due to no more disk space on the partition, bosstool just messed it up. (happens on a lot of ipods)
