Dont know if these are right, but as i opened Quickpwn, i noticed where the ISPW was located, and got interested to see what else was there. I then went into \AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\Robert's Iphone.

And in there, theirs a "CRASH" file and date for every time anything as crashed such as the phone, safari(pretty interesting, if this is true, cause it says my safari crashes ALOT) itunes, and other apps. Check it out yourself.

On the Mac OS, you can find them here:

~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/*Device Name*

This is really nothing hidden by Apple as most developers know about this and use it for debugging their apps before deployment.
