Think someone could create a good cydia app to boost volume?

The ip4s volume seems a little lower than what my 3GS was. It almost seems like there is a volume restriction. When i surf the internet and listen to music out of the phones speakers, the keynoard clicks are louder, by a good amount, as soon as my ipod stops, they keyboard clicks go way lower. Think someone could make an app to remove the restriction or just make the volume louder over all?

So you can annoy people with the clicks? I never understood the need for them. Hopefully nobody makes it louder.
 
i remember back in the days of 1.x there was a jb app that did this, on iclarified repo i think. so it was possible.
