With all the initial issues Siri is having on the server side, with it only being all the new 4s's, imagine how slammed it would be if all the 4's were slamming it with the ios5 update? I could see functionality coming in the future once things are lined out, but maybe not to protect from criticism from people who only upgraded for Siri.
