Well, 3.2 firmware hasn't even been released to the general public yet. Only to the Developers site.
THe developers of the tools will decided when it's appropriate to release, i don't think anyone here could give any more than a wild guess if or when.

Ipad has nothing to do with dev-team or Geohot releasing a jailbreak for 3.1.3 the time and the place for the next Jailbreak and unlock is up to the masters!
they might be releasing it as we speak! or they might wait till the next firmware update! even when they find a exploit doesn't mean there going to release a jailbreak! because the cat and mouse game keeps going!
