I have been an Apple product owner since my first iPad in 2012. Have loved them all, well except the ATV 4 remote. So I'm thinking about an Apple Watch for the first time. Would want to ease into it tho, with maybe a refurb, Series 2 possibly. Cellular does not interest me at all. Have a couple of questions. Keep in mind, I know nothing about an Apple Watch.
1. Since I am 70 y.o. Old, the detection of atrial fibrillation is of interest to me. Is this possible on the series 2 and what app is needed?
2. Where is the best place to learn how to use an Apple Watch?

1. According to the keynote it will be available as part of the watch OS4. So I would say any Apple Watch running OS4 would detect Afib. Sounds like a heart study app will be available later this year in partnership with Stanford university.
2. The Apple Watch seems to be very user friendly but you could get training at an Apple Store or there are some good videos on YouTube on Apple Watch use.
