iPod touch Thinking about buying...some ?'s

Hey guys, thinking about buying a Touch...looking for the answer to some questions.

1. How smooth is the interface when you are playing music and on Safari?

2. Has anyone used one of the Safari-based AIM connections (like FlickIM?) on Touch? Does it work as well as it works on the iPhone?

3. Does it lock up often? I bought one of those Motorola-iTunes ROKR phones back in the day, and the interface was choppy and locked up all the time.

3. Does it lock up often? I bought one of those Motorola-iTunes ROKR phones back in the day, and the interface was choppy and locked up all the time.

1. The interface is still just as smooth, but sometimes (rarely for me) the music will stop playing while you are surfing.

2. I haven't used it on the iPhone, but FlickIM works great for me on the touch.

3. I have yet to have the interface lock up on me. Very sturdy and easy to use UI/OS.
