I have gotten an ipod touch recently, and it came with the 1.1.3 and iphone apps, but im very dissapointed in the lack of third party support. I know the SDK is being released soon but i know that apple will be charging for them.

I was wondering if you think its worth the downgrade(so i can do the jailbreakme.com thing) I really like the ipod touch, but i think that i need some games lol, in class i get bored and that basic calculator doesnt help much.

SO first id like to know if you think its worth it, before i do it, because i assume if something bad does happen and i have to go back to 1.1.3 i will lose my iphone apps, and start with less then what i have.

P.S. i asked i kid in my class and he said use itunes 7.5 so i can upgrade to 1.1.2, but i was wondering why do i even need to upgrade to 1.1.2 after the jailbreak?

thanks.
