Not sure why. But I'm burning through chunks of data. I looked at two forum pages on here and used a few megs of data. Seems a bit excessive and something must be pulling it down.

I've used "112 MB" in just one sitting of twenty minutes. This is coming from a guy who uses no more then 1gig a month of data.. I have no clue what's going on. I turned off icloud/ect.. been connected on WiFi since I got the iPhone.

Meh. The HELL?

Do you think the usage counter is messed up or something? I haven't used it much and went through 220mb. I shot up 12mb looking at two pages of this forum. That's not possible.

Have you been doing any web browsing or YouTube watching? LTE lets your phone know it has faster speeds so it loads higher quality videos, thus resulting in more data usage.

I usually use 1 to 1.5 gb a month. Today I spent most the day on wifi, and I'm at 400 MB since 11am!?

Is there an app or something that shows what is pulling data? Something that would break it down by app or function rather than just a total. I almost wonder if there's a bug making something go crazy with data like iCloud. I disabled a lot of things and checked but still can't narrow it down.

Lte serves no purpose if we just burn up our data. They give faster speed and then charge you a fortune for using it. I'll just stick with 3G, I never really had an issue with it.

lol, i downloaded 850mb of music in about 15 minutes today on lte. oh well, good thing i have unlimited still w/ verizon

Yes LTE simply downloads content much faster.

You're using a new 5 that is blazing fast (IMO) on top of that.

Chances are, "the faster you go - the more you will travel" ;)
