Currently using 4s JB on 5.0.1. I'm wanting to upgrade to 5.1.1

But first I want to know how to backup my phone so that when I upgrade to 5.1.1 and re jailbreak it will be exactly the same. I have it pretty meticulous organized w/ infinifolder, multiple icon dock, so on so forth. I don't want to have to redo everything. How can I back up everything (including Cydia tweaks and packages) so that it'll stay exactly the same organization and all after my upgrade? I've done some googling but can't find any concise answers. Thanks for any help.

If you want jailbroken apps, I recommend PkgBackup. Not free but the best !

This will back up my apps but will it pack up Cydia sources? Also my biggest concern is really just the general phone layout.

General layout is saved in the plist files, which itunes saves as well.

Sources are saved in pkgbackup, its highly customizeable.

I'm having trouble getting PKGBackup to work. I bought it, set it to save to contact list, and when I backup it only backs up like 1/104 of my preference files.
