Hi. I’ve never had a MacBook before. I have always had windows laptops. I am thinking in buy a laptop and I don’t know if buy the MacBook Pro 13” 2015 with 8 gb of ram and 256 gb ssd. It is a fast laptop? It’s gonna last long? Does it crashes sometimes? I don’t know how MacBooks are. I always wanted to have one but I am not sure about it.

Best bet is to go to a store and play with one, and speak to the staff there about your needs.

You'll get a lot of opinion here and go round in circles to be frank. Of course they are powerful, and all the other stuff, really depends on what you're going to do with it though. If you're using it to browse Netflix, then it will last a long time, whereas if you're running computational models, you may find it struggle.

Why do you particularly want a MacBook Pro? Remember they're an expensive tool, not a toy, so remember you're paying a lot more for it. If you can accept that then as I said, go to a store and see how you get on.

I want it for my college. Normal stuffs like internet, netflix, docs, etc. Some photo editing (photoshop). Maybe some video editing too.

It would be perfect for that, if not a little overkill.

As others said, go to an Apple store or Best Buy and try it out. Mac's are great but not everyone likes macOS or the new keyboard.
