I'v been thinking of going prepaid after my contract ends in august of this year
some thing. Like this
http://aaltonen.us/2012/02/07/howto-straight-talk-iphone/
$45 a month

I think thats the cheapest & best prepaid plan , im not sure

Currently im paying $130 a month for 2 lines

Iphone 4 & iPhone 3G

Im very satisfied with my iPhone 4, i dont find it slow, now the iPhone 3G thats another story but i just gave it to my mother, its her first smartphone so she thinks its great

I have a few questions about going prepaid, will everything work as far as apple? Like FaceTime, icloud ,the AppStore and all the apple features

And how many here have switched to prepaid "iPhone" and are you happy with the data speeds & call quality
Post which carrier & plan your on

Thanks

Edit: if i find the next iphone 5 to be incredible ill reup with AT&t

My friend uses straight talk and 3g data speeds are pretty decent. He can facetime/imessage/etc and call quality is fine

Apps and App Store should work just fine. I got my wife's 4s and preconfigured it with apps and music before we moved her line onto it and had no problems doing all of this over WiFi. I was even able to test the photo stream using iCloud without needing the 3g data service.
