Thinking or cancelling apple order

Does it mean no money would be taken off if I cancel?

I'm considering cancelling as I ordered the day after launch at midnight after not being able to pick one up at the Apple store.

Should I cancel as I also regret going for 16GB over 32GB I could try and source one down in the shops or maybe even in a few weeks. At the moment they will only sell to contracts will the situation improve in say two weeks?

They charge your card when you iphone has been shipped. So if you cancel, no charge.
